Miss X wants 2 doujinshi: “Rose” (735yen) and “You and I” (420yen).
Miss X will send us an email that looks like this:
#1.
Title: Rose
Circle/Artist: Circle A / Artist A
Circle URL: http://aaa.aaaaa.jp#2.
Title: You and I
Circle/Artist: Circle B / Artist B
Circle URL: http://bbb.bbbbb.jp(This is just an example. Please give us the details as exactly as possible. If the titles are in Japanese, please give us the titles in Japanese and don’t romanise them. Same goes for the circle/artist. If there is any extra information that you think we should know, or will need, please include it!)
We will check on the availability of the doujinshi. Let’s say we are unable to obtain #2. We will reply and ask Miss X if she would like to proceed on her order for just #1. Assume that she says yes.
We will then request her to send us the deposit (368yen) by Paypal. Miss X will also have to bear the Paypal fee of 3.9% + 40yen.
We will buy the doujinshi and email Miss X with the shipping cost. Assume that the shipping for this order is 400yen.
Miss X will then have to send us:
- The remainder of her doujinshi cost (367yen)
- The service fee (350yen)
- The handling fee (200yen)
- The shipping cost (400yen)
- The Paypal fee for this transaction (3.9% + 40yen = 91yen)
After receiving her payment, we will send out her package.
As you can see, it is quite expensive to just order one book. Please keep in mind that the service fee decreases with additional books, and the handling fee is a flat rate which does not change as long as all your doujinshi can fit into the envelope. (If they can’t, then we might have to buy a box or something, and you will have to pay for the box.)
