THE BAND: ALICE NINE.
alice nine. is a five-member visual kei Japanese rock band comprising of Shou (vocals), Hiroto (guitar), Tora (guitar), Saga (bass) and Nao (drums). They formed in 2004 and have been regularly releasing new material since then. Currently, they are signed under the PSCompany label. For more information, please visit their
official site. All original Japanese lyrics belong to the band and no one else (except perhaps their label).
THE SITE
This site is hosted by
Kibou. Let's all love her lots!
It's named after the band's "Akatsuki" single, which is also their first anime theme song. Some time ago, I began translating alice nine. songs for personal reasons, but later on I decided to put them all somewhere, which turned out to be here.
All translations here are done by me (
Jiayan), and I'm not a native speaker of Japanese. Much thanks to all the people who helped with the translations and this site!
Current layout (ver.3) is coded by Esra. She just emailed it to me one day and I liked it. I changed the header picture and the colours of the background, but all the hard work was done by her. ♥ Thanks Esra!
Brushes used for the header image are from here:

DISCLAIMER
As mentioned above, all original Japanese lyrics belong to the band, alice nine., and their management.
The translator's Japanese isn't anywhere near fluent, but the translations are probably more reliable than anything passed through an online translator. (At least I hope so.)
I am not making any money from doing this. Everything here was done out of personal interest.
JOIN THE SITE MAILING LIST
For the convenience of the site's regular guests, a
mailing list has been created. Suscribers will receive email updates when new translations are put up, as well as information about other site issues that may crop up in the future.
It is a highly-recommended service, because you won't have to keep checking back for new translations. All you have to do is wait for the occasional email telling you about the latest site update. Easy, isn't it?
